1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Product Service ("we", "us", or "our") repair services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Repair Services

• Diagnostics: We provide free initial diagnostics for most products.
• Estimates: All repair estimates are valid for 7 days from issuance.
• Parts: We use genuine parts or OEM-equivalent components.
• Warranty: Repairs carry a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate product information and disclose any prior repairs
• Backup your data before submitting devices (we are not responsible for data loss)
• Remove any personal accessories before service
• Pay for services as agreed upon estimate approval

4. Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed during intake
• Consequential damages from device failure
• Devices damaged by improper packaging during shipping
• Data loss during repair process

5. Warranty Information

Our warranty covers:

• Defects in replaced parts
• Workmanship errors

Warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage after repair
• Issues unrelated to the original repair
• Devices with unauthorized modifications

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of repairs
• We accept all major credit cards and electronic payments
• A 50% deposit may be required for repairs exceeding $300

7. Unclaimed Devices

Devices not claimed within 30 days of repair completion may be subject to storage fees or disposal.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of INDIA. Any disputes shall be resolved in INDIA courts.
